Report a concern

What we want to hear about

• Content that appears to depict a minor, or a character who appears to be a minor.
• Non-consensual sexual content.
• Anything unlawful.
• Content that resembles you, or a real person you know — whether or not the resemblance was intended.
• Copyright or other intellectual property — see Copyright & IP reporting.
• Anything else that breaches our Content standards.

What to include

The video title or link, what specifically concerns you, your relationship to it if that matters — for example, that it resembles you — and how we can reach you.

Please do not send identity documents unless we ask for them.

What we do

• Acknowledge. We confirm we have your report.
• Review. A person reads it and looks at the content.
• Remove it while we look, where the report alleges something serious or the answer is not immediately clear. Removing something while we review is not an admission; leaving it up while we review is not a refusal.
• Decide, and tell you what we did.
• Reconsider, if you think we got it wrong. Reply and say why, and a second look is taken.

How quickly

We aim to review reports and take appropriate initial action within 5 business days.

Reports involving suspected minors, non-consensual material, unlawful content, or anyone’s immediate safety are prioritised and handled sooner than that, as quickly as is practicable.

Bad-faith reports

We may decline to act on reports that are abusive, or repeatedly baseless.
