What to write to us about

Account questions, membership and billing, technical problems, copyright claims, or a concern about something you have seen on the site — all of it goes to the same address.

We read every message and reply as quickly as we can. Reports under Report a concern have a published review target; ordinary support does not, because we would rather answer you properly than answer to a clock.

What helps us help you faster

Write from the email address on your account where you can, tell us what you expected and what happened instead, and name the video if your question is about a particular one.

Please never send us your password. We will never ask you for it, and no message from us will ever request it.

Automated email

Account confirmation and password-reset messages are sent from account@ourkindoflove.net. That address is automated and is not monitored — replies to it will not reach us. Write to info@ourkindoflove.net instead.

Who we are

Our Kind of Love is operated by Randall Finney. We are a small operation, and support is handled by a person rather than a call centre.
