Billing, cancellation & refunds

What you are buying

A recurring membership. The price, the currency and the billing interval are shown on the Membership page and again immediately before you confirm. Those values come from the plan you select; nothing else overrides them.

Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically at the same interval until you cancel. Each renewal is a new charge.

If you are on an annual membership, we send you a written renewal reminder by email in advance of the renewal, telling you that it will renew, what it will cost, the date, and how to cancel before then.

How to cancel

Cancel at any time from your Account page. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the current period ends.

What cancelling does

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not cut off your access immediately: you keep everything your membership gives you until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date, members-only videos lock again, and free videos stay free.

Changing your mind

While the period you paid for is still running, you can resume a cancelled membership from your Account page and it simply continues. Once that period has ended, the membership is over, and joining again starts a new one.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged. We will refund where:

• you were charged twice, or charged in error;
• we cannot provide the service you paid for and cannot reasonably put it right; or
• refund rights apply under the law that covers you.

Cancelling does not by itself create a refund for the remainder of a period.

No proration, no free trial

We do not currently prorate mid-period changes, and we do not currently offer a free trial.

If a renewal payment fails

There is no promised grace period. Your existing access runs to the paid-through date you already hold, and no further. A failed renewal does not extend your access. If a later payment succeeds, access resumes from that payment.

Refunds and payment disputes

If a payment is refunded or reversed, the access that payment bought may be withdrawn.

Filing a payment dispute does not by itself close your account. Fraudulent or repeated payment abuse may be reviewed and can lead to suspension or termination under the Terms.
