Age & eligibility

What we do

When you create an account you must confirm, in a separate required control, that you are 18 or older. We record that confirmation together with the date, the policy versions you accepted, and the IP address and browser it came from. The 18+ requirement is shown again when you buy a membership.

What we do not do

We do not verify your age. We do not collect your date of birth, check documents, or use an identity or age-estimation service. Our protection is your confirmation, and what we do when we learn otherwise. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.

Our public pages are open

The homepage, the video listings and our promotional material are visible to anyone who visits, and we do not claim that they are age-gated or inaccessible to minors. Public and promotional material is kept non-sexually-explicit.

The age requirement attaches to accounts, purchases and member content.

If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18

We close it, end any membership, and remove access. If you believe an account belongs to someone under 18, tell us at info@ourkindoflove.net — reports of this kind are prioritised. See Report a concern.

Shared devices

If you share a device, keep your account signed out and your password private. We do not offer profiles, parental controls or content locks.

Where we operate

Our Kind of Love is operated from the United States. You are responsible for whether it is lawful for you to use the service where you live.
